Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United States. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. Orders under $50.00 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

B. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Time (New York).

Transit takes 7 - 13 business days, so the total delivery time is 8 - 15 business days.

C. SHIPPING LOCATIONS AND CARRIERS

Orders ship from our fulfilment partners, either our Huntley, Illinois location or our partner warehouses. The carrier depends on the item and fulfilment location. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@panther-products.com

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
