Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit takes 7-13 business days, so total delivery time is 8-15 business days within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Do you offer free shipping, and what are the requirements to qualify for it?
Yes! Orders of $50.00 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $50.00 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free: email support@panther-products.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
